For the first time, chefs at Kitchen Savvy have combined iconic ingredients from Eastern and Western countries with different international cooking methods, and crafted a 5-course tasting menu, Global Table, that is able to bring the world to you on a plate. To start, relish a lychee jelly sheet-wrapped mousse roll made with red prawns from Spain, and twirl up an aromatic truffle tagliolini cooked the homey Italian way. For mains, get ready to fly your palate across the ocean between Japan and Australia as you savour a flaky halibut prepared in a traditional Japanese Saikyo Miso Yaki style, and a lemongrass-marinated lamb chop from down under. What’s a global menu without French cuisine? End your dinner on a sweet note and enjoy a classic French dessert, a mango napoleon cake with fresh mango and mango custard.
