In May every year, Hotel Stage proudly presents decadent food and wine from a specific region of France as a part of Le French GourMay. This year, we are ecstatic to focus on the region of Loire Valley and bring in famous French goat cheeses, fishes and Quail, as well as luscious samples of wines such as Cabernet Franc for our exclusive menus.
