November’s Wines of the Month compares two East European regions that are close to each other yet possess very different wine-making history. Separated by Serbia in the middle, Romania has one of the oldest wine-making traditions in the world and the fifth largest wine producers in Europe due to its mountainous regions and unique humus-rich black soil, while Montenegro is a small country where wine-making takes place mainly along the southern and coastal regions of the country.
Muse Wine Bar manager, Luke, has specially selected one-of-a-kind bottles from each region for your enjoyment. Wine connoisseurs are invited to savour blends including the 2016 Anima Pinot Noir Dealu Mare from Romania as well as the 2018 Plantaže Vranac Pro Corde from Montenegro.
