Partnering with MyiCellar, Hotel Stage is organizing a workshop that will feature Zhenjiu (珍酒) tasting, canape sampling, and Tian Tsui (點翠) making. More details are provided below:

Zhenjiu (珍酒) Introduction
Kweichow Zhen has insisted on using the traditional daqu sauce aroma brewing process. The whole brewing period needs a year, and it mixes raw materials twice. Between which the fermentation process are repeated 8 times, followed by 7 times distillation and long-term ageing. To make a bottle of Kweichow Zhen, it requires at least 5 years.
Tian-tsui (點翠) Introduction
Tian-tsui is a form of Chinese art that incorporates kingfisher feathers. These feathers are used as inlays for fine art objects and adornments such as hairpins, headdresses, and fans.
What to Expect
During the 2-hour workshop, Yiting, the Zhenjiu Ambassador, will delve into the history and craft of Zhenjiu. Participants will have the chance to sample Zhen 15, Zhen 30, and the 2013 Vintage paired with canapes prepared by Kitchen Savvy.
Following the wine and canape session, participants will engage in creating their own Kingfisher Feather-Inspired Cloisonné Hairpin, led by Jenny, the founder of Sprink Calligraphy.
