Delve into highlights including the starter, Crimson Tuna Tartare, a delicate harmony of ocean-fresh tuna and creamy avocado, enhanced by Heliossy Whisky Classic’s honey-citrus notes. Discover the richness of Argentinian Red Prawn Bouillabaisse, as wild-caught red prawns meld beautifully with a luxurious saffron-infused broth, perfectly matched with Saint Mas Master 214 ‘Airen’.
