September Dream

[title] Summer ending is like a wakeup call from a dream. No matter how much someone wants to remain in their getaway in paradise, stay longer in a friend's house before school starts, or continue with a good book, reality calls and everyone has to snap back to the present. The only thing that enables you to transcend time and continue dreaming is positively music. For just one night on Tuesday the 17th of September, allow yourself to remain dreaming over the melodies of past musicians in Song is Being's Baroque music concert - "Dreamers".   Imagine being present in the 17th century, "Dreamers" brings a programme of baroque music played with actual baroque instruments from that classical period. Get ready for an eye-opening evening as 11 ancient pieces by J.S. Bach, A. Forqueray, M. Marais, C. Graupner, and C.P.E. Bach are performed with a harpsichord, an organ, a viola da gamba, and sung by the talented Hong Kong Soprano, Alison Lau.  Join us for a dreamy night of classical music and a glass of wine at The Muse.
